    • @elisabxthmarie
      @elisabxthmarie 12 днів тому

      Not the expert but I have my two cents - I think when the weather is cooler they can spend a lot of time hiding away and conserving their energy because they can't bask as much. It sounds like you have a great lizard set up so just making sure they have plenty of space to hide from any birds and roaming pets and they should stick around because they can be quite territorial! Hopefully as the sun comes out more your bluey does too 💛

    It’s not supposed to be a tourist spot, It’s a wild aha it’s and a federally protected national park, it is the dingoes hope and should be respected as such. You don’t have a right to be stupid enough to go into their territory and disturb them, then complain when they attack you. If you don’t like it, don’t go their, K’Gari is the only home these beautiful animals have and you should stay away if you don’t have any common sense or respect for the animals and the island. It’s not a tourist or holiday island.

    Eww no thanks, I dont wanna meet it. Ive already had one too many encounters with huntsmen spiders! Ive had one jump on me whilst attempting to kindly remove it outside. I had one latch onto my hand when I got into a dark truck at night, i had to shake my arm 3 times before it let go, and yes the bite does hurt a bit at the time, but only during the bite. And worst of all, i layed down in bed and put my hand under my pillow and felt something not quite right. So I got up, switched on the light and moved my pillow, underneath was a huntsman almost as big as my hand.... so glad i found it early, imagine sharing a bed with old-mate huntsman lol... the thoughts of it attaching itself to me, like a Face-hugger from the movie Alien..... ewwww!
